This comfortable apartment is situated in one of the most tranquil areas of Mojácar Playa yet within walking distance of shops, bars etc.

This very popular complex boasts a large communal pool and second childrens splash pool. Both pools are situated within mature communal gardens.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard comprising of one double and one twin bedroom. There is a large bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen opens out to a small terrace with a washing machine. The large living / dining room opens out to a much larger terrace with views of the pools and gardens.

The beach, shops and restaurants are within easy walking access. They include typical Spanish restaurants, Italian, along with "chiringuitos" (beach bars) serving a variety of dishes at very competitive prices.

A bus links the various towns and villages in the area. From the historic old town of Mojácar to Garrucha with its harbour and busy fish market. The bus also links the water park and karting track.
