Located in a quiet corner of the golf resort on the Linaria complex, the apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Four Star Hotel & Spa complex and the Commercial Centre where there are bars, restaurants, a supermarket, hairdressers and a few other shops.

This is a an ideal location for golfers as the 18 hole, 5696 meter long par 71 course is kept in excellent condition all year round. It can be a challenging course that utilises the desert landscape beautifully.

For those wanting to use the beaches as well as golf course the beaches of Garrucha, Mojácar and Vera are only a 10 - 15 minute drive away.

With easy access to the A7/E15 motorway it makes the journey from either Almería or Murcia airports quick and easy.
Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged and the transfer time from Almería aiport is approximately 50 minutes (75km) and Murcia airport 90 minutes (140km).

The apartment has a double en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom, second bathroom and an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen. There is also a terrace leading off of the lounge and kitchen.

The complex has a large communal swimming pool and garden and each apartment has a designated covered parking space.
