We will advertise your
property on multiple internet sites (our own plus other English & Spanish speaking sites)
in order to maximize your rental potential. Upon receiving confirmation
of a booking we will update you and your diary accordingly.
Deposits and balance payments will be collected and paid into
your bank account within three working days.
Key holding and security
checks are an extra optional service that we recommend you
consider. We will hold your keys in our secure safe and make
twelve security checks per year (more checks are available
if required and will be charged at an hourly rate).
We will meet and greet
any clients of Next Stop Almeria within 24 hours of their arrival
free of charge. For clients of owners this service is available
but chargeable.
Next Stop Almeria can take care of all your cleaning requirements.
We have a choice of services including a “mid-holiday linen
change”, a “full clean” suitable for the end of a let and also
“deep cleans” that we recommend at the end of the season or
long term let.
We can supply a range
of welcome packs ready for your arrival. Choose from a range
including “The Essential”, “Snack Attack” “Sunset On The Terrace”
and “Celebration” packs.
