{"id":303,"date":"2024-02-17T07:16:47","date_gmt":"2024-02-17T07:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nextstopalmeria.com\/RealEstateBlog\/?p=303"},"modified":"2024-02-17T07:16:48","modified_gmt":"2024-02-17T07:16:48","slug":"run-jog-or-walk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nextstopalmeria.com\/RealEstateBlog\/run-jog-or-walk\/","title":{"rendered":"Run, jog or walk"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"\">If you are here on holiday or have just moved to the area and you are looking to find a running club then try a visit to the Los Bandidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Los Bandidos meet every Wednesday and Saturday morning at 09:00 (08:00 in the hotter months) at the Red Cross roundabout in Moj\u00e1car for a 5km run, jog or walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><br>There are members of all ages and all abilities from beginners to seasoned tri-athletes.<br><br>They are a sociable bunch too going for coffee and breakfast after the run.<br><br>In addition to the twice weekly runs there is a monthly trail run and cycling and triathlon groups too.<br><br>Los Bandidos travel to many of the races organised in local towns as well as some further afield. &nbsp;<br><br>For 2024 they are supporting the Red Cross food bank.
