A different type of Naturist property – Armony Natura

If you are looking to buy a naturist property based on price alone I think you may pass this one by especially if browsing on the internet.

This one bedroom property is located on Armony Natura, a small front line development of exclusive high specification dwellings.

With a much higher specification, and initial higher price tag too, than other developments in Vera Playa, Armony Natura offers something very different to the neighbours! The well appointed property and urbanization really does have to be viewed to appreciate the difference.

The penthouse apartment is exceedingly well furnished and maintained throughout and has been developed by the current owner to incorporate more internal living space morphing into more of a duplex than an apartment.

The ground floor of the property benefits 66m² of floor space distributed as an entrance hall with cloak cupboard; generous sized double bedroom with air conditioning and built in wardrobes; marble fitted bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower over, basin, toilet and bidet; fully fitted kitchen including white goods; air conditioned lounge-diner with patio doors leading to an east and south facing terrace with views of the swimming pool and gardens.

Gently winding up from the lounge there is an internal staircase leading to the bright landing area with a west facing door giving access to a 35m² solarium and a second door leading to the final 20m² of the property that is perhaps the jewel in the crown for this property.

Originally the 20m² were an open terrace with part vega (concrete beams) roof, however 14m² has been developed by adding a full roof and enclosing the remaining two sides with glass curtain walls.

The result is a fully watertight and legally added room that can be utilised as a dining room, bedroom or with the sliding glass walls opened, as it was intended, as an all day sun trap with excellent and partial sea views.

The property also benefits and underground parking space, communal swimming pool with sliding glass roof for the winter and tranquil communal gardens equipped with parasols and sun loungers. Within a couple of minutes walk you can be on the wonderful sandy beaches of Vera Playa.

Having read reviews from the very discerning Spanish tourists that have stayed on the development they have used adjectives such as “magnificent, unbeatable, super-tranquil, calm” and one closed with “the garden and the swimming pool complement a location that will be difficult to forget”.

As already stated this property is not the norm. If you are looking for something that little bit different in the naturist area then viewing this property is essential.
