Once again the Vera & District Lions will be holding their annual fund raising event Party In The Park on Sunday 28th April.
The event features local artists who give their time free of charge to help raise money for many local people that the Lion´s help in the area.
The gates to the El Palmeral Park Vera, open at 1pm with music starting from 1.30pm on the Acoustic stage and 2pm on the Main stage.
The main stage will feature, Vera & District Lion´s Vice-President, Jack Law with his band Seldom Sober, as well as Rebel Yell, Harmony Duo, Steve Jackson, Sharon Regan and Best of 3. All of this will be held together seamlessly by Almeria Radio.
Meanwhile, the acoustic stage will feature Fiona Vickers at 1.30pm, DnA Acoustic at 2.20pm, Los Bandidos at 3.10pm, Reflexion Lite at 4pm and Filabres Mountain Dare Devils will be closing the acoustic stage with their set starting at 4.50pm.
As well as the music there will be Arts & Crafts stalls, a Tea Room, Bars and Food Stalls serving hot and cold food.
Tickets are only 5€ and are available from the Next Stop Almeria office, Paseo de Los Gallardos, Monday to Friday 10:00 until 14:00.
