Saturday 28th September – Luther Vandross & Billy Ocean Tribute with Dayton Grey
Hostal Rural, Turre hosts a tribute night to Luther Vandross & Billy Ocean performed by the talented award winning R&B/Soul singer from Dudley, West Midlands, Dayton Grey.
Having opened shows for, and shared the stage with Ray Lewis, former lead singer of well loved Motown Group “The Drifters” and his group “Still Drifting”, Dayton comfortably covers the classics of Luther Vandross and Billy Ocean.
With classic Luther hits including “Never Too Much”, “Give Me The Reason” and “Stop To Love” alongside Billy´s “Caribbean Queen”, “Suddenly” and “When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Going” to name but a few; it is sure to be a great night of music.

Saturday 5th October – Lip Sync Competition
Tito´s Space in Mojácar sees local resident Jackie Miles Kirby present yet another new fund raising idea for the Vera & District Lions, “Lip Sync Competition” on Saturday 5th October at 18:00.
Promising another fantastic night of music, with all performers lip syncing, songs will be performed from Britney Spears, Kate Bush, Tina Turner, Abba, Susie Quattro, Cilla Black, Right Said Fred, Bananarama, Boy George, Debbie Harry and many more.
Go along and support your friends with tickets at only 6€, with all proceeds going to the Vera & District Lions.

Friday 18th October – Charter Gala Ball
Here is a chance to dust off your “Best Bib & Tucker” for the Lions annual Gala Dinner at Valle del Este Golf Resort.
Gentlemen are requested to wear formal dress and ladies “dress to impress” with canapés at 19:15 for dinner at 20:00.
Following what will be an undoubtedly excellent meal, entertainment will be provided by the one and only “Mad On Blonde”, with carriages at 01:00.
